# Study a name

Trigger on: a ticker symbol plus a question like "what does RingMaster say
about X", "research X for me", or "is X in the book".

1. Call `get_name_card` with the ticker. If the user also wants a deeper
options read than the card folds in, call `get_options_positioning` as
well. If what they actually asked was the name's SIDE, use the
ask-the-desks-view skill instead: `get_desk_view` states it in one call.
2. If the tool returns the "not in the ranked universe" refusal, say so
plainly. Explain that the desk ranks about a thousand names by traded
value. Do not guess at a rank the tool did not give you.
3. Explain the signal in two sentences. First the state by its `stateLabel`
(Bullish, Bearish, low confidence, Low RV, Neutral, Not ranked) with
its confidence and the win rate quoted alone.
Then the ranks at 45 and 20 trading days, and how many trading days the
   signal has held.
4. Give the figures for the next 20 trading days: the second model's
volatility outlook, then the pullback chance and the Typical move. Those
two are measured for the stock's realized volatility, not the model's
own. Say whether the model book holds the ticker, and on which side.
5. If options data came back, summarise open interest by side, the skew
shape, and dealer gamma for a one percent move. Say it in plain words
   before any numbers.
6. Give the desk's own view of the name, from `get_desk_view`: its side,
over which time frames, and the trade it prices with its risk and its one
stop. The two levels it watches are chart context beside a priced trade.
The card is the evidence and the view is the conclusion, and the desk
   publishes both.
7. Close with the stamp's publish time and a note that this is published the
same way for every reader. It is research and education, and it is not
   written for the person asking.
