Delete your account.
Edition 2026-09-29
This page says how to delete your RingMaster account, what is removed when you do, and what we keep. It is the page to use if you found this link in an app store listing.
The short version. Sign in, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and type your email address to confirm. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm. Nobody at Ohey reviews it first, and there is no waiting period.
1. Delete it yourself
- On the website, sign in at ringmaster.oheyinc.com and open Settings, then Account. In a phone app, open More, then Delete account.
- Press Delete account.
- Type your email address to confirm, then press Delete my account.
You are signed out on every device at once. Your email address and password no longer sign in. Deleting cannot be undone. To use RingMaster again, create a new account.
2. If you cannot sign in
Write to contact@oheyinc.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may need to check that the request came from you. We aim to reply within five business days and to finish the work within thirty days.
3. What is removed
- Your sign-in. Your email login, your password, and every session you are signed in on.
- Your watchlists and desk setup. They are dropped outright.
- Your identity in the activity log. Entries your account made lose your email address, network address and device. The entries stay, so the log still shows what happened.
- Your account itself. It is removed once a copy has been written to our archive.
A paid membership is cancelled first, at once, and no further charge is made. If the cancellation cannot be done, nothing is deleted, and you can try again. On a yearly plan, the whole months you have not used are refunded before it is cancelled.
4. What we keep, and for how long
We keep four records for five years. We do this as our own records discipline, so we can show exactly what we served and when.
- The consents you signed, with the date and the network address each was signed from. They are the only evidence of what you agreed to.
- Your billing history. What you were charged, when, and when it stopped.
- The record of what we published to you, and when.
- Your deletion request, and the record that it was carried out.
To be straight with you: the archived copy is not made anonymous. Your email address and your consents are kept there exactly as they were. We can also be required to produce these records for a court order.
