Form CRS — Customer Relationship Summary
Ohey Inc. — Investment Adviser | SEC File No. 801-135267 | CRD# 340093
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
Ohey Inc. is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for you to understand these differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about broker-dealers, investment advisers, and investing.
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
Ohey Inc. provides personalized, non-discretionary investment advice on equity options strategies, delivered exclusively through our interactive website. Using information you provide about your financial situation, risk tolerance, experience level, and investment goals, our AI/ML models generate tailored trade signals, strategy recommendations, portfolio risk analytics, and position sizing guidance. We do not manage your accounts, execute trades on your behalf, or hold custody of your funds or securities. You make all trading decisions and execute through your own broker. There is no minimum account size. We monitor market conditions continuously to update our recommendations, but we do not monitor your brokerage portfolio.
Ask us: "Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?" "How will you choose investments to recommend to me?" "What is your relevant experience, including licenses, education, and other qualifications?"
What fees will I pay?
You pay a fixed subscription fee: Basic ($0/mo), Advanced ($29/mo), or Pro ($79/mo). See oheyinc.com/pricing. Fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. No performance-based fees, commissions, or transaction fees. You may cancel at any time. You will also incur brokerage commissions, exchange fees, and other costs charged by your broker — Ohey Inc. does not receive any portion of those fees. You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.
Ask us: "Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?"
What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?
When we act as your investment adviser, we owe you a fiduciary duty of care and loyalty. We have to act in your best interest and not put our interest ahead of yours. At the same time, the way we make money creates some conflicts with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the investment advice we provide you. Our primary revenue is subscription fees. We do not receive compensation from third parties based on trading activity and do not have financial incentives to recommend particular securities or strategies.
Ask us: "How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?"
How do your financial professionals make money?
Our team members are compensated through salary and equity participation. Compensation is not based on sales targets, commissions, or client assets.
Ask us: "How are your financial professionals compensated? Do they receive more if I invest more, or invest in certain products? Do they have any conflicts of interest related to how they are paid?"
Do you or your financial professionals have legal or disciplinary history?
No. Visit Investor.gov/CRS for a free search tool to research us and our financial professionals.
Ask us: "As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?"
