Who can use RingMaster
Last updated 2026-10-15
RingMaster is for residents of the United States. This page says what you confirm, when you confirm it, and what to do if you are not a US resident.
At a glance
- Who it is for. Residents of the United States who are 18 or older. The rule covers every plan, the free one included.
- What you confirm. One sentence: "I am a resident of the United States." It is recorded with the date and the time.
- When you confirm it. When you create an account, and again after any new edition of the Terms of Service. It is the same screen each time.
- Residency, not location. A US resident who is travelling or living abroad can still confirm.
- If you are not a US resident. You may not sign up or use RingMaster unless Ohey Inc has signed a separate written agreement with you.
- How to ask for an agreement. Write to contact@oheyinc.com.
- If you do not confirm. The desk stays closed to you. Nothing is recorded, and you can sign out.
- Key difference. Where you are a resident decides it. Where your card, your connection or your broker is based does not.
What you see when you sign up
A new account clicks the link in one email. The next screen is called Before you start. It lists three sentences, and one button records all three.
- The Terms of Service. You agree to them. Section 7 is the one about who may use RingMaster.
- The Privacy Policy. You confirm you have read it.
- Residency. You confirm that you are a resident of the United States.
Each sentence is recorded on its own. The residency record also names the edition of the Terms you were shown.
What you see if you already have an account
You see the same screen once, the next time you sign in. It asks for the new edition of the Terms and for the residency sentence. Until you answer, the desk does not open. You can sign out and come back at any time.
If you are not a US resident
Do not press I agree. Press "I am not a resident of the United States", or sign out. Nothing is recorded.
- You may not sign up or use RingMaster. That is what section 7 of the Terms says, unless Ohey Inc has signed a separate written agreement with you.
- To ask for an agreement, write to contact@oheyinc.com. Say where you live and what you would like to do.
- When an agreement is signed, Ohey Inc switches your account on. You are not asked the residency sentence again, and you still accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Until then, Ohey Inc may decline or close an account that is not covered. It may also refuse or refund a payment.
- If you stop being a US resident, tell us and stop using RingMaster until an agreement is signed.
Other ways in
- The connector. It reads your own account, so the same rule applies when Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor reads RingMaster for you.
- The phone app. It asks the same sentence on the same screen.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use RingMaster outside the United States? It depends on residency, not on where you are. A US resident who is abroad can confirm and use it. Someone who is not a US resident cannot, unless Ohey Inc has signed a separate written agreement with them. Write to contact@oheyinc.com.
I am a US resident and I am travelling or living abroad. Can I use it? Yes. You confirm the same sentence. The rule is about residency, not location.
I am a US citizen who lives abroad and I am not a US resident. What now? The rule is about residency, not your passport. If you are not a US resident, write to contact@oheyinc.com before you sign up.
I am a tester or a partner in another country. How do I get access? Write to contact@oheyinc.com. Once Ohey Inc has signed an agreement with you, your account is switched on.
Is the free plan open to people who are not US residents? No. The rule is the same on the free plan and the paid plan.
Does a VPN or a US credit card change anything? No. The rule is residency. A VPN or a US card does not make a person a US resident, and being abroad does not stop a resident.
Why only the United States? RingMaster ranks US listed stocks and their options, and it is offered to residents of the United States.
How old do I have to be? At least 18. The Terms of Service say so in section 7, next to the residency rule.
Will I be asked to confirm again? Yes, each time the Terms of Service change. It is one screen and one press.
What does Ohey Inc keep when I confirm? The sentence, the date and the time, and which edition of the Terms you were shown. It stays with your account record.
